Introducing our Seasonal Trio, a curated collection of three raw honeys harvested at different moments throughout the season. From the delicate floral notes of spring to the richness of the fall harvest, each jar captures a distinct expression of the blooms surrounding our Quebec hives.

Our Seasonal Trio includes:

• Spring Honey — 140g:

Light and delicate, our Spring Honey is gathered from the season’s first blossoms. Its smooth texture and subtle floral notes create a naturally bright and refined flavour.

• Summer Honey — 140g:

Golden and aromatic, our Summer Honey is harvested at the height of the summer bloom. Rich and well-balanced, it offers warm, full-bodied floral notes that reflect the abundance of the season.

• Fall Honey — 140g:

Deep and robust, our Fall Honey is gathered from the final blooms of the season. Its richer colour and bold, complex flavour create a distinctive finish that beautifully completes the trio.

Each honey is 100% raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cold-extracted, preserving its natural flavour and character from hive to jar.
