Never heated, pasteurized, or aggressively filtered, preserving its natural aromas, texture, and character.

Our honey is harvested from stationary hives in Montreal and surrounding areas and reflects the local landscape and season in which it is produced. No two harvests are ever exactly the same.

Our approach to beekeeping relies on natural hive management rather than chemical treatments that can leave residues in honey or wax.

We do not feed sugar syrup to our bees during the honey flow. The result is a pure honey derived solely from natural floral nectar, with no added or adulterated sugars.

Each jar expresses place, season, and careful craftsmanship—from hive to jar.

Please note: Honey may crystallize over time. This is a natural process and does not affect quality or taste. To return honey to its liquid form, place the jar in a gentle bain-marie (hot water bath) and stir slowly until the crystals dissolve. We recommend avoiding high temperatures or direct sunlight, as excessive heat can alter the honey’s natural properties.
