Our Raw Honey with Honeycomb Chunks is the purest expression of the hive—an unfiltered, untouched experience that captures honey exactly as nature intended.

Each jar contains generous pieces of freshly harvested honeycomb, naturally irregular in shape and size, suspended in golden raw honey. Because honeycomb is formed organically by the bees, no two jars are ever identical. The honey is typically drawn from Linden blossom or other light late spring and early summer floral sources, resulting in a delicate, floral sweetness with a smooth, flowing texture.

This honey is cold extracted, unheated, and never strained, preserving all of its natural enzymes, pollen, and aromatic compounds. It is delivered in liquid form unless otherwise requested.

Usage note: When adding to hot beverages such as tea, we recommend removing the honeycomb before pouring. Natural beeswax can melt on the surface and retain heat, which may cause discomfort or burns.
